Coronavirus: application and registration procedure for primary special education adjusted

Because of the special measures during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, the Dutch-speaking special education primary schools in Brussels have adjusted their registration procedure. Registration at school is not possible at the moment. Some schools work with remote registration, while for other schools, you first have to apply for your child.

 

Schools that work with remote registration

  • Sint-Jozefschool (Sint-Jans-Molenbeek)
  • Klim Op School (Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe)

Schools with an application procedure

  • GO! Heemschool I BuBaO (Neder-over-Heembeek)
    • For pupils suffering from a mild to severe mental disability (type 2)
    • For pupils suffering from a physical disability (type 4)
  • SPES BuBaO (Anderlecht)
    • For pupils suffering from a mild to severe mental disability (type 2)
    • For pupils with special educational needs for whom the regular program with reasonable adaptations is not achievable in general education (type basic offer)
  • Kasterlinden
    • For pupils suffering from serious emotional and/or behavioural disorders (type 3)
    • For pupils who are visually impaired (type 6)
